Our app aims to make it fast and convenient for users to find relevant places such as restaurants and stores within their location. Using the Google Maps API, the app displays these places in separate tabs, sorted by rating. Reviews are summarized using ChatGPT, providing users with a quick and easy way to see the advantages and disadvantages of each place. If the user clicks on a place, they are given more detailed information, as well as a link to the map. In future versions of the app, we plan to add personalization, social features and recommendations. This will allow users to set preferences for the types of places they are interested in, share places with friends, see where friends have checked in, leave comments and ratings, receive personalized recommendations based on their preferences and past behavior. Our app provides a unique and engaging way for users to discover their surroundings and explore new places. With just one button press to get their location, users can access a wealth of information about nearby places and make informed decisions about where to go.
