Frank is AI Waiter is a project of Foodbit Inc. It helps restaurants automate upselling and cross-selling and save costs of labor by using the AI Waiter. Customers will also enjoy a personalized experience that is tailored to satisfy their appetite and health/dietary preferences so customers can ask Frank whatever they want and Frank will amaze them as the most intelligent waiter ever made. Frank will suggest items that will be easily added to the cart and an online payment method. We are testing Frank right now and we received very positive feedback from both F&B side and customers. Restaurants will be able to make their AI waiter with the name and character of their choice!
