Since the health care providers and hospitals face a large number of challenges such as the huge number of patients who have chronic diseases and they need to be treated and monitored frequently. The large language Model (LLMs) can effectively help and predict the most complicated cases that need a close monitoring and to be seen by the doctors. Therefore, AI can differentiate between these complicated cases and other cases that do not require any advance intervention or care. The model will create will significantly reduce the waiting time for getting appointments in hospitals and enhance the efficiency of physicians’ daily duties. An online chat-bot bridges and help the gap and links doctors and the patients. We aim to generate a large language model (LLMs) for creating medical assessments based on patient information described in electronic health record (EHR) notes.
